Sedona is home, and we serve Northern Arizona, including Flagstaff, Prescott, and Phoenix. We also have a sister booth in Telluride, CO. If your event is outside these areas, reach out to discuss travel options.

Custom Props: We offer the option to special order props that feature your logo, event name, beloved dog who couldn't make the ceremony, or personalized messages. Custom Backdrops: We can create a custom backdrop tailored specifically to your event’s theme, logo, or branding. Whether it’s a step-and-repeat or a unique design our custom backdrops perfectly reflect your style and vision.
What Does Swirl Booth Need at the Venue?
The only thing we require is access to a standard 3-prong power outlet within 15 feet of the booth setup. If outdoors, we need a roof or an overhang for protection from weather elements and direct sunlight. We’ll take care of the rest!
How Long Does Setup and Breakdown Take?
We require a minimum of 1.5 hours before the event start time to ensure a smooth setup. After the event, our breakdown process typically takes about 1 hour.
